Reservation Conditions
This is only a Non-binding
after which the user is immediately contacted
to be confirmed about the availability. The reservation
is confirmed after the payment of a deposit,
non-refundable, equal to the first night
residence. Only in case of weather
events that lead to the total suspension of
links to Ischia, the deposit is credited
to the customer that can benefit from it in another
period consistent with the availability.
When booking canceled with less than 15
days from the date of arrival, CasaLora charges
however the cost of one night. In the case of
reducing the rental period, early departure
or no show, CasaLora charges in full.
Privacy
Data provided by the user are collected
only for the reservation purposes.
In accordance with the Italian Law n. 675/1996
and the successive Legislative Decree n. 196/2003,
privacy of the user is protected and any personal
and/or sensitive data provided by the user,
will not be shared with other parties.
The user may ask to correct or to delete
the data provided, in any moment.
